RULES OF PROCEDURE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be allowed to enter, to settle and to stay on the campsite, you must be authorized by the manager or his representative. The manager has the obligation to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that the present regulations are respected and that they are complied with. The fact of staying on the campsite implies the acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them.

2) FORMALITY

Any person having to stay at least one night in the campsite must present his identity papers to the manager or his representative. Minors who are not accompanied by their parents will only be admitted with a written authorization from them.

3) INSTALLATION

The tent or trailer and its equipment must be set up in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

4) HOME

The opening hours vary according to the season and are posted on the door of the reception office. Outside the opening hours of the reception and in case of emergency you will find an outside phone to pick up to reach us.

5) TOURIST TAX AND REGULATIONS

The tourist tax is paid at the reception desk, the amount is posted at the entrance of the campsite. The tourist tax is not included in the price. The tourist tax is collected by the campsite from the customers, then paid back by the campsite to the commune.

The payment of the stay must be made the day before the departure. An invoice will be issued once the payment is made.

The price of the stay is counted from 11am to 11am.

On the day of departure, in case of overtime, an additional night will be charged.

6) NOISE AND SILENCE

The users of the campground are urged to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. Dogs and other animals should never be left unattended. They must not be left alone on the campsite or even locked up. Moreover, their masters are civilly responsible for them, their vaccination booklet must be up to date, and there must be total silence between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

7) ANIMALS

Animals are accepted. The master must ensure the cleanliness of his animal and clean up its droppings. Animals must always be kept on a leash. Animals must not be locked up or even left alone on the site. Animals are not allowed in the sanitary facilities, there is a hose outside the sanitary block to rinse your animals.

8) VISITORS

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, the visitors can be admitted in the camp-site under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The receiving users are required to pay a fee insofar as the visitors have access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite. Please note that visitors do not haveaccess to the swimming pool. The amount of this fee is fixed on the price list. Visitors are requested to park their vehicles on the parking lot of the campsite.

8) TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

Inside the campground, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h and follow the direction of traffic. Traffic is forbidden between 11pm and 7am. The gate is closed at 11 pm. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying on the site may circulate on the site. Parking must not hinder traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.

9 ) MAINTENANCE OF THE FACILITIES

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground. Waste water must be emptied in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be sorted and deposited in the garbage cans according to their nature.

Washing is strictly forbidden outside of the bins provided for this purpose, washing cars is forbidden. Access to the showers is forbidden to animals. Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden for campers to put nails in trees, to cut branches, to make or dig up plantations. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, land or facilities of the campground will be charged to the perpetrator. The site that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it at his entry in the premises.

10) SAFETY

Fire

14) INFRINGEMENT OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE

The rules and regulations (available on request) must be respected by all clients or they will be expelled immediately without any further formality and without any refund.
