INTERNAL RULES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES

1) ADMISSION CONDITIONS

To be allowed to enter, settle in, and stay on the campsite, you must have been authorized to do so by the manager or his representative. It is his obligation to ensure the good maintenance and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them.

2) FORMALITY

Anyone who needs to stay at least one night in the campsite must first present their identity documents to the manager or their representative. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from them.

3) INSTALLATION

The tent or caravan and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

4) HOME

Opening hours vary depending on the season and are posted on the door of the reception office. Outside reception opening hours and in case of emergency you will find an external telephone to pick up to contact us.

5) TOURIST TAX AND REGULATIONS

Tourist taxes are paid at the reception office, their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campsite. Tourist tax is not included in the price. The tourist tax is collected by the campsite from customers, then paid by the campsite to the municipality.

Payment for the stay must be made the day before departure. An invoice will be issued once payment has been made

The price of the stay is counted from 11 a.m. to 11 a.m.

On the day of departure, in the event of late arrival, you will be charged for an additional night.

6) NOISE AND SILENCE

Campground users are urged to avoid all noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures must be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals must never be left free. They should not be left alone on the campsite or even locked up. In addition, their owners are civilly responsible, their vaccination record must be up to date. Silence must be total between 23 p.m. and 7 a.m.

7) ANIMALS

Animals are accepted. The owner must ensure the cleanliness of his animal and clean up its droppings. Animals must always be kept on a leash. Animals must not be locked up or even left alone on the site. Animals are not accepteds in the toilets, a hose is located outside the toilet block to rinse your animals.

8) VISITORS

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. Users who receive are required to pay a fee to the extent that visitors have access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite. Please note that visitors do not have accès at the swimming pool. The amount of this fee is set in the price table. Visitors are asked to park their vehicles in the campground parking lot.

8) TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

Inside the campsite, vehicles must travel at a speed limit of 10 km/h and strictly follow the direction of traffic. Traffic is prohibited between 23 p.m. and 7 a.m. The barrier is closed at 23 p.m. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there may circulate on the site. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.

9) MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. It is prohibited to throw waste water on the ground. Waste water must be emptied in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of all kinds, paper, must be sorted and placed in the bins according to their nature.

10) SECURITY

Fire

Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are tolerated. Fire extinguishersare present and visible on the campsite. It is forbidden to play with it. A first aid kit is available at reception.

Theft

Although security is provided, users are invited to take all the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment. The camper remains responsible for his own installation and must report the presence of any suspicious person to the person in charge.

11) GAMES AND POOL

The play area is reserved for children under the supervision and responsibility of parents. The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. The swimming pool is the playground are accessibles from 10 a.m. to 20h, by measurements hygiene shoes are not allowed inside the aquatic area. 12) DEAD GARAGE

14) TheBREACH OF INTERNAL RULES

The internal regulations (available on request) must be respected by all customers under penalty of immediate expulsion without further formality and without any refund.
